One took over a week to catch Another on a dead end road and so on. As of 9/1/2019 we have saved over 45 animals. This being from our local shelter and from owner surrenders.

This Yr is almost over -- Monday December 31st, 2018

Wow.. we have saved over 90 animals. The last ones were small dogs (Eve and Orlando) They lived in a woody area for over 6 months. They had a litter out there with them (2 girls and a little boy) They are all safe now and will find their own forever homes. We still have Wizard. The Rottie who was dumped with the other 5 dogs. Trixie is still with us as well. She too was roaming the streets for over a month. They are all strong willed dogs and will be in basic training before placed in their home.. Or we will make sure the new owner has the info needed to start training with our Trainer (Dog Training with Terah) What will next yr bring? We hope its a great year and we can save lives and educate owners about spay and neuter.

opps we are falling behind -- Wednesday November 28th, 2018

We have had so much going on. here is a few things that we have done Nov. We spent a week working on catching "Trixie" from a woody area near the Zhills post office. She was seen at the Hosp.. miles away well over a month before she landed at the post office. Many workers were feeding her for over 3 weeks before we got there. She was very timid and fearful, She didn't like the leash or the traps. The workers helped get her. NOW.. once she was in a home she was a new dog. Still didn't like to be grabbed but after some time she doesn't mind.. walks well on the leash as well After we got Trixie we worked on another dog. A shepherd. This little girl was in the woody area for almost 2 months. She would hide when she seen a car .. ran if headlights hit her. Took almost 2 weeks to get her. again. Once in a home she became a very sweet and loving dog. Great with other dogs. Very timid with new people Now that she is safe and has seen the vet we are working on a little poodle . This little fellow is also in a woody area. Owner knows where the dog is but is doing nothing. Off to get him.. (trap) so more info later

Bones and his crew -- Tuesday January 23rd, 2018

Today we found a owner giving away dogs for free. (to anyone) this is one thing that drives us crazy. Upon getting to the house we see 2 young pups runny around in the yard. Thinking these are 2 we are taking and ask just that. We were told no. The ones we are taking in are out back in the dog kennel. We find two timid older pup, about 6 months old. The owner finds it hard to catch them. Once we load them up they bring out one of the other pups that we are taking. He is so thin, so dehydrated. That the only thing we want to do is leave and get this baby out of there. Come to find out there are 2 litters of pups. One being lab/shepherd/ little dog mix .. the other lab and little dog mix. we leave with what we have wishing we could take them all The next day the owner contacts us and ask if we will take the other. Gladly we just in the van and rush over. We take in all together . 3 pups at 4 months old and 3 pups at 6 months old. They are all safe now and will learn what its like to be inside pets..
